This chapter explores the complex interplay between politics and religion throughout history. It examines how these two powerful forces have shaped societies, influenced governance, and impacted individual lives.
By analysing key events and figures, we aim to understand the ongoing significance of their relationship in today's world.
One must read religious scriptures and the dictionary to understand humanity’s mindset. The Old Testament shaped how people viewed divinity and its prophets. Historical figures and society then acted according to these writings, leading to the belief that ‘history repeats itself.
To bring order out of chaos, let’s examine the two types of entities in the universe: good and evil. This novel will illustrate two forms of love: jealous possessiveness and freedom to love freely.
Since the dawn of the Enlightenment and the emergence of a more educated population than in the days of our Lord Jesus Christ, the belief in European governance has shifted towards an atheist way of thinking or a secular rule of law.
Humanity is now influenced by ancient literature and modern-day writers, who refuse to take responsibility and acknowledge how an individual psychologically assimilates the writer’s work into their beliefs and behaviour. For example, on an application form, some people stated that Jediism was their religion from Star Wars.
Many atheists believe their perception is correct because their ethics align with the rule of law. This raises three points:
- Secular law is based on the Hebrew script.
- The Western court of law recognises Christian and secular marriage contracts.
- Religious scriptures and secular law state, ‘Do Not Kill.’
Yet both parties take life for money, or when politicians and religious leaders declare war.
So, how is an atheist’s perception correct when history is tarnished
- The historical records prove the truth has been twisted to lie and hide the murders.
- There have been many political and religious fires that burn books and destroy data that contain valuable information.
- If religious groups identify with the wrong deity. Many devout believers emulate the description of divinity in the holy scriptures. If there is a false impression of the spirits, individuals portray a negative persona of humanity. Likewise, if you have no faith.
A person needs a guiding light to show the next generation how to live, work and play. Humanity follows the leader, who sets the example for a carbon copy to be like two peas in a pod.
This old English idiom isn’t attributed to a particular writer. Some people would say that literature does not affect an individual’s behaviour. Out of writing comes philosophy, and the mind assimilates and behaves accordingly.
A few psychologists would disagree, and the adage Many Things In Few Words suggests otherwise. The idiom was first published in 1820 and written by Charles Caleb Colton, who printed, ‘Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.’
A favourite personality to impersonate is Michael Jackson and his dance moves. Former President Barack Obama’s speeches are mimicked, and Elvis Presley lives on because he is the most impersonated dead performer. What legacy do you leave as a writer if you know your work is mimicked?
It was a bleak winter day on January 20th, 1946, when David Lynch, a filmmaker who was born and sadly passed away on January 16th, 2025, said, ‘If you’re super angry, you’re poisoning yourself. Anger is not the way to win. You need to purify the anger out of you, focus, and strengthen.’
So, to purify his mind, he shares horrifying elements in his movies and contaminates society with his understanding of the human mind.
The disturbing nightmares that emerge from the works of some writers, like Stephen King, evoke strong feelings that cause many to react positively in their conscious thoughts and negatively to a weak subconscious mind.
An example of movies that act as catalysts for a negative response. The Bone Collector, starring Denzel Washington, replicates a copycat murderer in this motion picture. Many more films depict horrifying scenes of blood and guts. The minds of ordinary people wouldn’t consider the thought, and never imagine the idea.
Are writers today responsible enough to understand the repercussions of traumatic scenes on a person’s mind?
Mary Whitehouse took her first breath on July 13th, 1910, and stopped breathing on November 23rd, 2001.
In her lifetime, she was a Conservative Activist known for her anti-media campaigns. She also warned the British public about the negative impact some television viewing was having on individuals. Since the mind assimilates others, great care must be taken to ensure a healthy mind.
The following chapter may seem out of place, but mathematics is essential to fully understand the nature of the cosmos and where humanity fits into the scheme.
The Ugly Truth
The ugliest thing on the planet is the monster within that fails to appreciate the beauty in the world's diverse cultures, animals, plants, and seven wonders.
An ugly person displays no manners, has no respect or dignity for humanity’s mannerisms, and hates to love their neighbour.
An unpleasant behaviour is jealousy, possessiveness, and envy of love’s nature.
Unattractive qualities include intelligence, but no ideas or principles on a philosophy that adopts a high standard of morality.
The uncaring sentiments are displayed in ethical secular, Islamic, and communist laws.
